mini-USB

The mini-USB connector is a smaller cable connector that is often used by handheld electronic devices such as mobile phones, MP3 players, and digital cameras. On mobile phones it is often used for both USB data connectivity as well as charging. It is expected that the mobile phone manufacturers will begin to phase out mini-USB in favor of the newer and smaller mirco-USB connector.
