The latest Sony Ericsson SO903iTV for NTT DoCoMo in Japan comes with a 3'' LCD screen. The wide screen has a resolution 240 x 432 pixels, able to produce a 16:9 ratio picture. Using the company latest ''Bravia Engine for Mobile Phone'' jointly developed by Sony and Sony Ericsson, we have yet to see the Bravia out of Japan except a rumor . SO903iTV can be used to receive the Mobile TV service, you can even record the video to the internal memory or microSD memory card if needed.
