Alexcee, u must update your phone software. Currently available software version is 8.30. It also adds new features to your phone. I am using this phone since last one year and havent faced any problem. It is a superb phone ever made by nokia. Thanx NOKIA.. I love my device.

Shobhan,the tv out option enables u to plug ur fone directly to ur tv set and watch the videos in ur phone or listen to music. Im having problems wit this fone,whenever i download a game it cant open it,instead it says supportive file,nothing to display. Wat can i do,i need help pls.

The tv out option enables you to plug your 6500 slide directly into your tv to see all images video and listen to music.

I updated its software 4.84 stil it having problem restarted, freaze automatically and disconnect call but not often.

I wuz among the very first to use this phone in my country.Its an awesome machine.With a colour res. Of 16M pixels,what more would you be asking for.The only thing that i dont really like about the phone is the fact that it doesnt have an OS.Its so sad.Overall Its a nice phone!
