Superb, gentle phone. Make u happy, as it tells thorugh name, shine. The phone makes me feel that i am standard and high class. But lacks some features like document viewer, memory card slot, thats not good. A morden phone should have these qualities.

KU 970 is the best phone. Lg company please add the memory card slot for at least 2 GB card. And also enhance the camera to 3.2 megapixel. I want see it also in black colour. Many of my frens are ready to buy this phone if it is modified. Battery backup of 3 hr is also low.

KU 970 n KE 970 are the coolest phones of all brands n models for its exterior looks. The improvement mentioned earlier for camera, screen size n sound quality n other possible modifications like high resolution, 3G, n wi- fi will take it to the top of all mobile phones avilable of all companies. After improvements it will be the best selling phones for many years.

As a mobile phone seller i have the experience that about 80-85% customers visited my shop like this phone and say this is the best model and look among all the brands n models but almost all of them refuse to buy it, coz they like 3.2 or 5 MP camera instead of 2MP. Like wise they want to see 2.6 or 2.8 inch display instead of 2.2 inch. And want to see its sound quality enhanced. If these improvements r done, this will be the most popular and most selling mobile phone, among all brands.

Lg ku 970 and kE 97O are among the finest set among all brands and models of mobile sets if we talk on its exterior look. But still i want to see some improvements in the same set. For example the camera should be improved to 3.2 or 5 MP. The screen should be 2.6 or 2.8 inches. And the sound quality should be improved.
