Nokia unleashes Bluetooth headsets, music speakers
The BH-801, BH-302, and BH-207 Bluetooth headsets arrive with a heavy dose of style. Also: new wired stereo headsets and mini phone speakers.
Nokia's trio of new Bluetooth headsets come to the fore with style to spare. First up is the 0.4-ounce BH-801, an update of the boxy but tiny BH-800 that boasts a silver design, an optional earloop, and an estimated six hours of talk time and 6.7 days of standby time. Next is the BH-302, a gold-and-black eye-catcher of a headset that comes with multifunction control and an estimated 10 hours of talk time and 8 days of standby.
Finally, the BH-207 is a more basic, black-and-chrome version of the BH-302, with an estimated 7.5 hours of talk time and 5.8 days of standby time.
Wired headphones
Nokia teamed up with the audiophiles at Sennheiser Communications for the Stereo Headset HS-81, a handsfree headset that comes with padded earphones, a neckband and calling controls. Meanwhile, the foldable Advanced Music Headphones HS-62 cranks out hi-fi tunes with its 40mm stereo speakers.
Phone speakers
Make some noise with the MD-4 mini speakers, a set of portable, foldable speakers that boasts a stereo amplifier, an antenna for FM broadcasts and weighs just 4.6 ounces. Also new are the MD-4 music speakers, which works with any device with a 3.5mm stereo connector.
Pricing and availability
Look for the Bluetooth headsets, wired headsets and phone speakers to arrive before the end of the year; pricing details have yet to be released.
