The Nokia 2652 is a cosmetic enhancement of the Nokia 2650 clamshell - a simple, low cost device that Nokia aim to have on the market for just 100 euros (GBP60 / USD115 approximately) unsubsidised price.
As far as we can tell, there are no new features with the Nokia 2652, except that it comes in different colours and with a slightly different external mouldings - a patterned effect called ''Cell'' and floral effect called ''Fleur''. As far as we can tell, the ''linen'' coloured phone on the right goes with the ''Fleur'' theme, and ''Cell'' is a black interior with either a very dark grey or mid grey exterior. You can reasonably assume that ''Fleur'' is for the girls, and ''Cell'' for the boys.
When the Nokia 2650 came out, we thought it looked a bit like a cross between a sunlounger and a sanitary towel, and although the Nokia 2652 retains the oddball looks, the design detailing certainly makes it look better. The Nokia 2650 was always a very interesting handset to hold in your hand though because of the interesting mix of materials and textures, and this handset is no different. It certainly looks more distinctive that a standard silver clamshell.
